HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE I AM?
You are welcome to purchase our "Nail Sizing Kit" or if you would rather do it on your own follow the instructions on the image below on "How To Measure".
WHAT COMES WITH MY NAIL SET?
Nail set (10 nails)
Application prep kit including: cuticle pusher, mini nail file, alcohol pad, adhesive tabs, and nail glue.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU WEAR THE NAILS AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
You can wear the nails up to 4-5 times with proper care for a time span up to 2 weeks per application.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, select "Custom Order" under the "Shop" tab! Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to process depending on quantity and design. Shipping is 3-7 business days once processing is complete.
WHAT IF I WEAR A NAIL SIZE THAT IS UNAVAILABLE?
No worries! Custom order options are available! Medium and Large are the standard and most common sizes, if you wear a size outside of those two you are welcome to place a custom order in your desired size!
HOW DO I REMOVE THE NAILS?
Soak hands in warm water for 20-25 minutes. Apply a few drops of oil to speed up the process (not recommended for matte coated nails).
HOW DOES PICK-UP WORK?
You will receive an email within 24hrs regarding a pick-up day and time. Once confirmed, that is your set pick-up slot. Pick-up is free of charge! It is a $15.00 fee after the first attempt if you no-show or a change in pick up under 2 hours of the confirmed pick-up time. I allow a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you are marked as a no-show and a fee of $15.00 will be applied. If you are unsuccessful at picking up your order on the second attempted you will be charged an additional $10.00, pick-up is no longer an option, and allow 24-28 hours for processing you will receive your order in 5-7 business days.
